This website provides information regarding our software outsourcing, UI/UX design, and digital transformation services.

The website design, code, text, and graphics are the intellectual property of the Company.

• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the site for business inquiries.
• Restrictions: You may not "scrape" data, reverse-engineer our proprietary tools, or redistribute our portfolio pieces as your own.

When using our Contact or Careers forms, you agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent information or impersonate others.
• Upload files containing viruses, Trojan horses, or malicious scripts.
• Use our forms to solicit the Company for your own products (No Spam).

Applicable Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Big Barta Inc is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amicable Resolution: In the event of any controversy or claim, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations for a period of no less than thirty (30) days.

International Arbitration: If negotiations fail, any dispute shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or a similarly recognized international arbitral body. The language of the arbitration shall be English, and the seat of arbitration shall be determined by the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific Service Agreement.

Note: For the avoidance of doubt, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded from application to these Terms.
